Shipping Methods

We have three shipping methods available for you to choose from. Below are the details:

1. Registered Airmail: 10-14 working days for delivery. Free shipping for orders over US$50 [for retail customers only]

2. EMS Express Shipping: 5-7 working days for delivery. Free Shipping for orders over US$299 Wholesale Customers. Free Shipping for orders over US$99 for Retail Customers.

3. FedEx Express Shipping: 2-3 working days for delivery. Free Shipping for orders over US$999 Wholesale Customers. Free Shipping for orders over US$99 for Retail Customers.

Proof of delivery is acquired in case of any errors in distribution, therefore if any confusion occurs, we will be able to examine the situation and resolve it. We strive to process all orders within 24-48 business hours. We cannot ship during weekends and national Thai holidays.

Shipping Rates:

Our shipping rates are calculated by the weight of your order. If you would like to know our shipping costs to your country, all you need to do is to add the items to your shopping cart. Once you are in your shopping cart, you will see your shipping costs automatically calculated for you below the page.

Payment Methods

All merchandise must be paid for before an order is shipped. Payments may be made through Paypal, Alert Pay and Thaiepay which will accept all off the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, JBC, MasterCard, Online check and Visa. Please note that you do not need a Paypal, AlertPay or a Thaiepay account to be able to use your regular credit card.

Important note: Thaiepay takes 48 hours to clear payments. Only when a payment is cleared on your card will we put the order into the shipment process.

If you would like to make your payment through other payment options like Western Union, Money Gram, Wire/bank transfer, etc. Please contact us for details on how to proceed.

Cancellation Rights and Returns Policy

It is our goal to present you with the best pictures of our stock to give you the best idea of the item(s) you wish to purchase. Along with that, we offer our email address and phone number which can be seen on the top of the page. You can also chat with a support representative by selecting the live chat button just above the page numbers. This is to enable you to contact us with any questions prior to your purchase. We will be pleased to answer any questions and concerns you may have about the items. If you are unsatisfied with the products that you purchased, returns will be accepted within 7 days after the item is received.

Additional points to consider when returning goods:

1. When a customer wants to replace an item, we will do so according to stock availability. We will also charge an additional shipping fee, unless the replacement was asked for due to our mistake, which in that case, shipping will be free of charge.
2. When a customer wants to return an item for a refund, a refund will be issued excluding the shipping costs, however if a refund is asked for due to our mistake or the item received isn't as described, a full refund will be issued including the shipping cost.
3. Discounted or promoted items are not eligible for returns or exchange.

Damaged Goods

Every product is inspected carefully before being shipped to guarantee that the goods are neither flawed nor lacking. In case that you receive your package in an unsatisfactory state, it is essential that you contact us ASAP. We will then make arrangements for you to return the goods for replacements or a refund.

Complaints or suggestions

In case of any complaints or suggestions, we would like to hear about them in order to improve our services. We would like to know in what areas we are lacking and how we can create better customer service, for that reason you may contact us via email, by phone or through our live chat and we will respond promptly.

Stock Availability

All of our products are in stock in our warehouse waiting to be shipped. However, if by chance it happens that an item is out of stock, we will notify the customer and will offer the customer the opportunity to choose a replacement from our available stock. If the customer does not find a suitable replacement, we will issue a full refund for the payment promptly.
