We have two shipping options available to you: 1. Registered Airmail: 10-14 working days for delivery. Free shipping with orders over US$50 (for retail customers only) 2. Express Shipping (EMS): 3-6 working days for delivery. Includes an online tracking number. Proof of delivery is acquired in case of any errors in distribution, therefore if any confusion occurs, we will be able to examine the situation and resolve it. We strive to process all orders within 24-48 business hours. We cannot ship during the weekend and National Thai holidays. Shipping Rates: shipping rates are calculated according to your country and shown below the shopping cart when you add an item to it. note that when you spend more than 50$ you get free shipping! Payment Methods All merchandise must be paid for before the shipment is sent. Payments may be made through Paypal (You do not need a Paypal Account to be able to use your regular credit card) or ThaiEpay, which will accept all off the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, JBC, MasterCard, Online check and Visa. Please note:ThaiEpay may sometimes take as long as 48 hours to clear payment. Only when payment is cleared on your cards will we put the order into the shipment process. When customer wants to return an item for a refund, a refund will be issued excluding the shipping costs, however if refund is asked for due to our mistake or the item received isn't as described a full refund will be issued including the shipping cost. 3. Discounted or promoted items bought are not eligible for returns or exchange.
